The Jinan Huaxin Pioneer Series Smoke and Dust Purifiers received widespread acclaim at the Korea International Machine Tool Exhibition (SIMTOS 2024), held from April 1st to 5th, 2024. SIMTOS exhibition was organized by the Korea Machine Tool Industry Association and received strong support from various institutions including the Ministry of Science and Technology of Korea, Gyeonggi Province, Small and Medium Business Central Association, Korea Trade-Investment Promotion Agency, Korea Chamber of Commerce and Industry, and Korea Trade Association. The Pioneer Series Smoke and Dust Purifiers are high-efficiency purification equipment independently developed and designed by Jinan Huaxin Automation Engineering Co., Ltd. The product has obtained the EU CE certification, featuring exquisite appearance, rigorous structure, humanized safety, and small footprint. High-precision laser cutting machines and precision bending machines are used in production for cutting and bending, ensuring high structural strength. The surface is treated with spray coating for aesthetic appeal and corrosion resistance.

The PLC intelligent frequency conversion control system enables real-time monitoring and analysis, allowing remote monitoring or interlocking control with cutting equipment. The digital intelligent detection system ensures the long-term stable operation of the equipment. The electrical control box adopts embedded and external control doors, forming a multi-level seal, reaching IP54 level. The power core adopts type A centrifugal fan, built into the box, with fan blades and wheel cover molds pressed for forming, balancing level ≤4.0, carefully designed based on fluid mechanics and aerodynamics, with advantages of good power, high efficiency, low noise, and stable performance.

The air inlet is equipped with a spark extinguishing device to effectively protect the filter element and allow sparks to pass through multiple collisions and energy conversions, achieving spark extinction and uniform air flow. Different forms of spark arresters can be optionally equipped for different working environment conditions.

The Pioneer Series Smoke and Dust Purifiers adopt a vertical quick-mount filter cartridge, facilitating cartridge disassembly and maintenance. The filter cartridge uses imported high-efficiency flame-retardant coated filter material, with a surface filtration type, polyester fiber non-woven fabric as the base material, achieving a filtration accuracy of up to 99.99%; equipped with pressure difference detection device, real-time monitoring of pressure difference inside and outside the filter cartridge, comprehensively understanding the usage status of the filter cartridge. The large filter area, low filter surface air velocity, and long service life of the filter cartridge easily meet emission standards.

The ash hopper is equipped with a "W" shaped anti-re-ash device to prevent dust from re-aggregating on the surface of the filter cartridge under the negative pressure of the fan.

Multiple cleaning methods are available, including pulse jet cleaning and rotor cleaning, ensuring thorough cleaning. The spiral ash conveying function with patented technology directly conveys dust from the hopper to the garbage bag, allowing for cleaning at any time without stopping the machine, making it easier, safer, and healthier for operators to work. The ash cart cleaning method is simple to operate, with the cart following along, large ash capacity, and reduced manual output. The ash hopper is equipped with a material level gauge, providing real-time feedback on the ash accumulation capacity in the ash hopper, prompting timely cleaning and extending the equipment's service life.
