The smoke generated during the operation is large, which seriously endangers the health of workers and pollutes the workshop environment.
2. According to the relevant national environmental protection requirements, welding smoke must be discharged after purification and meet the emission standards.

The dust removal area is effectively divided according to the on-site work stations. The 7 sets of gantry robot welding workstations adopt the same specification layout, and the 10 sets of sit-down robot welding workstations are neatly arranged, ensuring a beautiful and reasonable layout while saving site space. |

1. Smoke collection effect: The smoke collection efficiency inside the telescopic room can reach more than 90%, and the dust removal effect is very satisfactory to customers!
2. Smoke filtration effect: The smoke filtration efficiency of the dust removal host is 99.99%, which effectively guarantees the filtration effect of smoke.
3. Air emission concentration: After the smoke enters the host through the pipeline and is filtered, it is discharged through the exhaust pipe. The particle emission concentration is less than 10mg/m³, which meets the national emission standards.
4. Space utilization effect: The overall layout is reasonable, the space occupied is small, and the aesthetics of the indoor workstation and outdoor dust removal unit layout are guaranteed.
