Differential spacing is too large: the unreasonable spacing of different poles will lead to uneven distribution of electric field strength, affecting the efficiency of dust removal.
Uneven distribution of airflow: the distribution plate is blocked with ash or uneven distribution of airflow will lead to poor dust removal effect in some areas.
Large air leakage rate: air leakage will lead to an increase in the flue gas flow rate and a decrease in temperature, which will affect the charging performance of dust particles.
High specific resistance of dust particles: High specific resistance will affect the charging and deposition of dust particles, which may lead to anti-corona phenomenon and reduce the dust removal efficiency.
High-voltage power supply instability: unstable power supply will affect the electric field strength, which in turn affects the dust removal effect.
