How to choose a dust filter cartridge?

Dust filter cartridge selection is the key to the raw material of the cartridge, we can also judge from the looseness of the filter material and the filter material between the genuine cartridge compact and even neat, than the inferior cartridge more than 30% of the material, filtering area, filtration effect is good, while the inferior cartridge is not very compact. Finally, the production process of the filter element is also a factor in determining the dust filter element is good or bad, the inferior filter element shield is only 0.5 mm, while the genuine filter element shield has 1.5 mm, and the weight of the genuine filter element is also 2 times heavier than the inferior filter element. 
The selection of dust filter cartridge filter material to know the following six points.
 
1. Consider whether the dust is combustible or flammable. If the dust is flammable or combustible, consider using the dust filter cartridge made of CWSY flame retardant and fireproof material, or dust filter cartridge made of anti-static filter material to prevent the explosion caused by static electricity jumping fire.
2. Consideration of the humidity of the working environment of the dust filter cartridge. If the environmental humidity is large, it is easy to cause the dust moisture absorption, then you can consider choosing the filter material with waterproof function.
3. Consideration of the nature of the dust. If the dust contains oil and grease, you can consider using CWSY anti-oil, anti-pollution series of filter material made of dust filter cartridges; if it is heavy metals, silica and other dust hazardous to human health, choose the surface filtration material, dust filter cartridges with high filtration accuracy, low resistance, easy to clean, stable operation.
4. If sparks are brought into the system, the filter material with flame-retardant function should be selected, and the dust filter cartridge made of this material has fireproof function to avoid burning of dust filter cartridge when working.
5. The concentration of dust and the consideration of the filtration air speed of the dust filter cartridge. If the concentration of imported dust is low, and the filtration wind speed is also chosen to be small, you can consider choosing ≤180g/M2 thin filter material, which is conducive to increasing the filtration area and improving the flow rate of a single dust filter cartridge.
 
6. Dust filter cartridge ambient temperature considerations. Polyester fibre material based filter media working ambient temperature should be ≤ 135 ℃, but polyester non-woven fabric in 80 ℃ ~ 135 ℃ temperature work, dust filter cartridge stiffness will be greatly reduced, so that the folded filter material is easy to paste, so that the dust filter cartridge performance is greatly reduced.
 
Finally, the sealing tape and packaging, the sealing tape is also very critical, a bad sealing tape will cause the seal between the cartridge and the flower plate is not tight, thus causing the dust to leak out directly without passing through the filter cartridge. Dust filter cartridges are generally large, if the packing box is not strong, it will cause damage to the cartridge in transit.
