Working condition analysis
The company expanded the new grinding plant, which has high requirements for the factory environment and needs to install dust removal equipment.

Solution
1. The customer's on-site space is limited, the dust removal host needs to be installed on the roof, and the host installation position is designed in combination with the space.
2. A dust removal system with a total air volume of 30,000 was designed for the customer, with a blowing system installed on one side of the grinding room and a grinding dust cabinet installed on the opposite side. KBK cranes and trolley battery vehicles were configured at the customer's request to facilitate loading and unloading and transportation of workpieces.
